About Me

Early on, my love of designing and creating started with drawing, painting, and building things like Legos and skate ramps. I still love Legos and wood working and these days I'm fortunate to design digital experiences.

I started my career with a focus on graphic design, creating branding for a variety of clients, but my focus in recent years has shifted to interaction design. I enjoy working through an iterative process of research, data analysis, prototyping and testing to arrive at a finished product. Visuals alone are not enough, I want to create products that are driven by data and exceed user expectations.

When I'm not designing, I enjoy traditional and digital art, reading, DIY house projects and gardening. Moving creatively outdoors is also a huge part of my life. I love cruising around the skate park on my rollerblades, climbing rocks at places like the Red River Gorge, playing disc golf, and hiking and camping with my wife.
